UK: Postage is free to UK addresses

International: Shipping costs vary depending on your country. To get an accurate, up-to-date shipping cost for your country, simply add an item to your basket and follow the steps through to the checkout page. Ensure that the correct country is selected as the shipping destination and the shipping cost will update automatically.

For most international countries there will be tax to pay when importing products from the UK. Please note that, for International orders, we do not include local import taxes / fees in your final order total, so please look up the rules and regulations in your country/state to ensure that you know what may be applied by your local customs agency.

If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. You then have 30 days to return the item to us in the condition you received it. We will then issue you a full refund for the item and any initial postage costs. Unfortunately, we can't refund you for the return postage and you are responsible for the getting the item to us safely. If the item is returned to us in non-original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

All our pickups have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.

The warranty is non-transferable and does not guarantee against normal wear and tear or through damage caused by incorrect installation, use or modification.
